The Cake Palace has been located at 5778 Essen Lane for 5 years. Previously, we were on Staring Lane for the last 21 years. Locally owned and operated by Randy Roshto who has over 30 years experience in Retail Bakery. Randy is a member of Retail Bakers of America, Past President of Deep South Retail Bakers Association, and Southwest Retail Bakers Association. Staying active in these associations helps us keep up with the changes in the baking industry and new products incorporated with changing trends.
